Ralph Brunjes promoted to Group Commercial Director

We are delighted to announce the promotion of Ralph Brunjes from Kuro Health Services Commercial Development Manager to Kuro Health, Group Commercial Director.

Ralph has been working for Kuro Health since January 2020 and played a key supporting role to both Group CEO Barry Gray and Group CFO Gavin Sampson at the beginning of the pandemic, a particularly challenging time for all businesses.

Ralph led the creation of our new company Mind-Link, which is now taking referrals and carrying out assessments. Within the Group, he has also pinpointed and delivered on several new business contracts, presented and developed a number of growth opportunities, renegotiated our supply chains, and curated and implemented the group rebrand and external presentation.

In his own words, he says, “Moving career and industry to work within the “family business” was a daunting decision at the time. To be in a lockdown within my first 12 weeks did not make it any easier. I want to thank everyone I have worked with over the past two years. From the small to the large jobs, every single person has been supportive and patient with me, and I feel exceptionally fortunate to have joined such an exceptional team.

Similarly to the career change, this new opportunity is also a challenge. That said, I am passionate and motivated and will always go beyond to ensure we continue to grow, develop and achieve all our strategic goals for both the individual businesses and the Group.

It has not been an easy couple of years for anyone, but it seems we are at a turning point as life resumes with a new normal. I look forward to going on the next part of this Group’s long history with you all.”
